We cover basic freight insurance - up to $800. Beyond that, insurance can be arranged for an added cost. Please contact us for information regarding freight insurance.

We ship items with trusted freight and courier companies. Transit time depends on where you are located, but generally you should receive your goods within 7 days (most metro areas). Other locations and rural areas will take longer. We will do our best to provide you with tracking details upon purchasing with us.
We use major carriers, and local courier partners.

You can. If the item is at all damaged in transit or faulty, just contact us about returning for a replacement or refund. If you have changed your mind about an item, a restocking fee may be charged or return denied. This is done on a case-by-case basis. Contact the store for more information.
