Free shipping

Items over $200 include free delivery to metro areas on the East Coast of Australia. Western Australia & Tasmania are subject to higher freight costs. All items under $800 are shipped with basic courier insurance. 

Exclusions

Rural areas are also subject to freight costs. These will not be calculated when you add an item to cart or during checkout, so please contact the store if you have questions about freight charges to your location. 

Large items including (but not limited to) large floorstanding/tower speakers, large subwoofers, TVs, and home theatre furniture are not covered by free shipping. If you are purchasing a large item, please get into contact with us at sales@stereosales.com.au about shipping to your location. 

Insurance is not included with items above $800. For added insurance, please contact our sales team. Freight insurance can be added at an additional cost to your order. Stereo Sales is not responsible for items lost by couriers, but we will do our best to assist you should this occur.
